Tylenol® PM has always been a part of our household in part thanks to its ability to relieve those minor aches and pains but for me in particular, it helps to relieve those headaches that I can get from the stress I endure at work. As you have often heard me say, being a teacher is NO easy task, so when I am feeling particularly overwhelmed with the demands of it all, Tylenol comes to my rescue. Tylenol PM is safe and effective when used as directed, and I always read and follow the product label and so should you!

When I arrive home from a stressful day at work, my day doesn’t end. I immediately go into Mami mode assisting my oldest as well as my Kindergarten-age child with homework. I then move into helping hubby with dinner and later on at night, I’m blogging and writing for various publications. Talk about stress and uneasiness due to a long day, right?

My wind down time doesn’t happen anytime until after 11pm so it’s late but it is effective. This is what it looks like:

  • I take a warm bath letting the bathroom steam up like a sauna 🙂
  • I light a scented candle in my room.
  • Setting my iPhone aside allows me to read a magazine or something that I have had my eye on for a while.
  • After I read what I was looking forward to, I lay my head down in bed and just take 15 minutes to clear my mind of any thoughts. This is the best way I’ve found to prepare my mind for some much needed rest. Grizzly Herb offers a selection of CBD products that could potentially support better sleep and overall well-being. I’ve also learned that kratom products from companies like shot of joy may help people calm their minds and reduce their stress level.

Sadly, more than 30% of the US adult population suffers from sleeplessness. What causes sleeplessness varies from person to person, however sleep is extremely important and, in my eyes, it’s essential to function and go about our day-to-day routines. Tylenol PM is the #1 doctor recommended brand for pain and sleeplessness and it’s non-habit forming when used as directed.

Thankfully, with my bedtime routine after a stressful day as Mommy and Teacher, I pop two caplets at bedtime. They help me go to sleep and stay asleep when needed. I wake up rested and ready to conquer a new day beginning my busy schedule all over again. Not every day is so stressful, of course, but when they are, I know that I have a trusted brand that I can turn to. If we’re out and I can’t find any in my cupboard, I know I can head on over to Walgreens and pick it up. For additional questions always know that you can call customer service at 1-877-895-3665.
