Planning A Dinner Date at Red Lobster for LobsterFest

February 20, 2014 By Eileen Carter-Campos

This is part of a sponsored campaign with Being Latino and Red Lobster.  However, all opinions expressed are my own.

Planning a dinner date with my hubby is never an easy task. We both work during the day and when we get home it’s all about our children and spending “quality time” together as a family. We choose to include our children in date nights out and even focus an occasional date night on just one child sometimes so they receive the quality, individual time they deserve. When we visit Red Lobster, however, we ride alone because we are some heavy sea food lovers and do not want to share with the kiddos!

Red Lobster is particularly exciting because hubby worked at a really huge fish market in the city, so he knows just what fresh is. Red Lobster provides nothing but the best and its freshness and quality is spot on for our date night alone, so if you want to visit this restaurant but still don’t have a date there are apps online so you can meet and fuck tonight and have dates as well. Lobsterfest is back and what’s better than a couple’s night out to enjoy the following three entrees:

Lobster in Paradise (Paraiso de Langosta)-2

  • Lobster in Paradise (Paraiso de Langosta): A split Maine lobster tail fried in our signature coconut batter, spicy grilled shrimp and a lobster-and-shrimp bake topped with toasted crushed macadamia nuts. This entree will be sure to take you to paradise with its savory flavors exploding in your mouth with all that goodness!

Ultimate Surf and Turf (Delicia de Mar y Tierra)-2

  • Lobster in Paradise: A split Maine lobster tail fried in our signature coconut batter, spicy grilled shrimp and a lobster-and-shrimp bake topped with toasted crushed macadamia nuts.

Dueling Lobster Tails (Exquisito Dúo de Langostas)-2

  • Dueling Lobster Tails (Exquisito Dú0 de Langostas): A roasted Maine lobster tail topped with tender shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce paired with a golden-baked Maine lobster tail with crab-and-seafood stuffing. Served over mashed potatoes, roasted tomatoes and green beans. A perfect combination for the seafood lover in you!

All of these delicious entrees are served with a side garden salad and those scrumptious Cheddar Bay Biscuits®. If I were you, I would take full advantage of this year’s Lobsterfest by finding out more information visiting RedLobster.com. Also, you can connect on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram at Facebook.com/RedLobster, @RedLobster and @OfficialRedLobster using #bestlobsterfest.

When we plan our romantic seafood night out we look make sure my brother-in-law is in town so that we have our childcare covered. Prior to this, we remind our children that just like we spend quality time with them, we need to spend quality time with one another as a couple. My youngest gives me a run for my money, but my oldest child knows that when Mami & Papi are happy, the entire household runs much smoother! We make sure our boys are covered with what they need for the night and we make it a really special evening for the two of us. We get all dressed up, phones off (including social media, in my case) and we focus on one another over a delicious meal. It’s important for our relationship, over 18 years now, to reconnect with one another and remember how it all began. We spent many of our nights before kids out and about, enjoying each other’s company over a delicious meal like those that Red Lobster is offering for Lobsterfest. Recharge, reconnect, and rekindle your relationship this year with a delicious meal from Red Lobster! I know we will!

We plan together because it’s easier and exciting. We both enjoy the same foods especially red lobster so we look at the menu ahead and see what’s new and what specials they have.

How does BB & Sweetie plan a night out? At about 4 pm everyday BB thinks what to cook- if nothing comes to mind or doesn’t want to cook she tells Sweetie when he’s picked up from work. His part of the plan is deciding where to eat. ; ) BB2U P.S. Is it wrong that the first thing I think of when I hear Red Lobster are the biscuits??

oh the dates! It has been a long time since we date… I honestly have a hard time leaving my kids. I don’t have family close to us, I wish my mom was here!
We usually have dates at home 🙂

Its like you learn my thoughts! You seem to understand
so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something.
I believe that you simply could do with some % to force the message home a bit, however instead
of that, that is magnificent blog. A great read.
    I will definitely be back.
